Job Summary

The Commission Data analyst assists with the weekly, bi-weekly commissions from beginning to end

through a wide variety of activities involving multiple websites and vendors to ensure the

accuracy of all data and calculations. The role will serve as a backup to the accounting

department and other team members on an as needed basis and will be required to manage all

administrative type duties.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly and/or monthly commissions for agents and

brokers

• Ensure policy and procedures are followed to maintain an effective environment of

internal control

• Manage the daily data exchange between internal and external databases and vendors,

including one-time payment files to upload, review integration errors and

reconciliation, etc.

• Prepare and Review commissions reports; review for accuracy and distribute on time

and accurate commission payments

• Ensure commission statement reports are received timely

• Commission reconciliation

• Provide customer service to brokers and agents regarding commissions

• Communicate effectively with all employees, brokers, agents, and customers through

email, mail, phone

• Audit and create reporting as assigned

• Routine bookkeeping

• processing payroll for W2 staff members

• Accounting duties as assigned

• Other duties as needed, including special projects

Qualifications

• GED/High School Diploma required

• Associate Degree, preferred

• Minimum 1 year of experience of payroll

• Minimum of 1 year of detailed commission payroll processing

• Basic knowledge of accounting terminology

• Minimum 1 year Experience with excel

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Experience with HealthSherpa a plus

• Experience with AgencyBloc a plus

• Experience with Salesforce a plus

• Participate in proactive team effors to achieve departmental and company goals

• Ability to maintain Keystone Core Values

• Ability to work independently or as a team

• Knowledge of MS Office, high focus on excel: pivot tables, vlookups, reconciliations,

etc.)

• Bi-Lingual – Spanish a plus, (read, write, and speak)

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (flexible)
